REFERRALS AND INTAKE

Timos Adult Supportive Haven welcomes referrals from healthcare providers, community placement services, and delegated government agencies. Intakes are based on structured assessments and screening processes to determine suitability.

REFERRALS MAY BE ACCEPTED FROM:

1. Hospital and discharge planners
2. Mental health and community support agencies
3. Housing support organizations
4. Community health centres
5. Government and community services providers.
6. Self- referrals and family referrals ( where appropriate)
